Experience
Bradley has consistently delivered results for his clients in a variety of litigation matters. His experience has focused on business disputes, medical and legal malpractice, antitrust, intellectual property, and other complex matters.

After law school, Bradley trained as a summer law clerk for the Office of the Legal Adviser for the U.S. Department of State, served as a clerk for the Honorable Raymond M. Kethledge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and worked as a law fellow for Yale University’s general counsel. In private practice, Bradley has previously worked for a top regional, full service law firm in Connecticut; and for a litigation boutique with a nationwide practice based in Chicago, Illinois. Bradley also served for several years as a Staff Attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, where he advised the circuit judges on hundreds of motions and appeals pending before the Court.

In addition to the dozens of professional liability matters that Bradley has litigated, his notable cases in other areas include:
  • an antitrust case in which he authored a Daubert brief that led to the exclusion of an opposing party’s expert opinions on a majority of the claimed damages, eliminating hundreds of millions of dollars of exposure for the client
  • a dispute that involved an alleged accounting fraud in which his briefing and oral argument prevailed on several highly contested discovery motions against opposing and third-party counsel, and in which he supervised the forensic expert that identified and analyzed the nature of the alleged fraud
  • representation of the Democratic members of the reapportionment committee in Connecticut concerning the decennial redistricting of seats for U.S. Congress; the Connecticut Supreme Court adopted the Democrat members’ legal arguments and enacted a Congressional map that protected voters’ interests
  • a criminal appeal in which he identified a novel sentencing issue and argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit for an innovative statutory interpretation in federal sentencing rules
Education
Bradley earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania College of Arts & Sciences, and his Master of Bioethics degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Bradley graduated with his Juris Doctor degree in December 2008 from the University of Michigan Law School, magna cum laude, and as a member of the Order of the Coif. In law school Bradley chaired the Campbell Moot Court Board and was Executive Editor of First Impressions, the Michigan Law Review’s online journal.

Bar Admissions
Bradley is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and New York, in addition to the U.S. District Courts for the District of Connecticut and the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits.

Practice Areas
