Gian Marco Filipponi Bio
Avvocato Filipponi is a founding partner of Studio Legale IURA. His practice areas include national and international contracts; international, commercial, transport, and industrial law; and corporate consulting. He has previously worked for the Iran-Italian Chamber of Commerce as a consultant of the Italian Embassy in Iran as well as for law firms in Hungary and the Slovak Republic. Avvocato Filipponi represents several Italian insurance companies who provide product liability coverage to Italian manufacturers that market their products in the United States. He is admitted to the bar in Bologna, Italy, a graduate of the University of Bologna School of Law and speaks Italian, English and Spanish. Avv. Filipponi has achieved post-graduate certifications for courses in patents and trademarks as well as national and international arbitration from the Bologna Chamber of Commerce, international commercial contracts from IPSOA Scuola d’Impresa, and a mediator certification from the Curia Mercatorum.

Filippo Cremonini Bio
Avvocato Cremonini joined Studio Legale IURA in 2004. His practice areas include civil and industrial law. Avv. Cremonini is admitted to the bar in Bologna, Italy, a graduate of the University of Bologna School of Law and speaks Italian, English and French. His post-graduate work includes courses on industrial property rights, economic business evaluation of industrial property, protection of product’s form and image, and sports rights from the Fondazione Forense Bolognese.
